A GLIMPES INTO MY LIFE

My Fiancé (Jon) and I have been together for 10 years! - Together we have two girls - (Violet & Liliana). You can find us soaking up the sun in our backyard, or at home watching movies probably enjoying a new dessert Jon whipped up!

If life wasn't busy enough, we also have a two fur babies Lulu our cat (who mainly sleeps all day in my office) and Niko our Pomsky (Pomeranian husky) who loves to play and eat pretty much ANYTHING

MY PHOTOGRAPHY JOURNEY

Aside from picking up a camera at the age of 12

I started photography as a profession after Violet was born in 2016 mainly focusing on family photography and growth over the last 8 years.

2021 is when I decided to lite the fire and start weddings. I spent the entire year focused on education courses, workshops, mentorships - new gear and the required skills it takes to capture weddings.

2022 is the year I announced I was going to start offering weddings - and BOOKED OUT within 2 months!! Working 30+ weddings this past summer the fire was LIT!

Currently - I look forward to all the weddings booked in 2024 - 2025!

& getting to know you of course!

Special thank you to Cynthia Bettencourt Photography for my headshots

& Kelsie Vanhyst for our family photos

Motherhood

The importance of stepping in front of the camera as their momma,

Often times, we as moms want all the photos, baby takes their first steps - we have our cameras out, first day of school, yup! sign and everything. But why is stepping in front of the camera SO hard for us?! This was me for years, (it's also still me) but seeing my eldest Violet (Who is literally my shoulder height now) growing up so fast - I am so thankful for everyone who took photos of me and her throughout the years.

My advice to all moms out there experiencing this, prioritize scheduling at least 1 photoshoot a year, it could be a family session, mother hood session, a mini session - Find what works for you, and the next time someone wants to snap a shot of you and the kids in your stained shirt and messy bun - let them - this stage doesn't last forever
